Bad experience!

1/ 5

Really bad, bad atmosphere, camels not cared for, owners horrible
No Health and Safety induction: had to handle camels, deadly spiders and chemicals with no training.
Working conditions weren’t good, Camels never got a day off. Medicine was used that was 13 years out of date, the cafe fridge and freezer were turned off everynight and food sold in the morning. Staff came into our personal dongas.
Had to drive tractors, no training
Accommodation was a Donga each, small bed, desk and wardrobe, air-con. Full of spiders and owners came in without asking.
Free wifi available: 5gb internet for 5 people per month
TV room

Horrible owners

1/ 5

Horrible owners, dodgy practices, uncared for camels, long hours, have to buy food.

Worked 11 hours a day, six days a week and hardly got breaks.

Paid $9 an hour.
